The EFBWW urges EUROPE to tackle the URGENT problem of cross-border illegal employment!
Within Europe more attention must be paid to BETTER CONTROL and COMPLIANCE with correct wages, working conditions and
social protection.
The following PRESSING topics must be dealt with: the gangmasters, letterbox companies, bogus self-employed, the introduction
of a Social Identity Card and the liability of main contractors for their subcontractors as well as the creation of a European Social Intelligence and Investigation Agency.
Europe must act – now!
