EFBWW contribution to the EU Commission’s hearing with social partners on the revision of the EU public procurement framework

EFBWW welcomes the European Commission’s initiative to organise a dedicated hearing on Socially Responsible Public Procurement (SRPP) with the social partners on 13 January 2026. Subcontracting was explicitly recognised as one of the four priority topics, following the 2025 consultations in which it was identified as a key issue to be addressed in the revision of the public procurement directives.
