No added value for simplification and too many loopholes!

EFBWW calls for the explicit exclusion of the construction sector from the European Commission’s proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the 28th Regime Corporate Legal Framework – EU Inc., as it carries serious risks of increasing letterbox companies leading to more risk of fraud, labour crime and exploitation.
